• • For all local orders in Hong Kong, you can choose to pick up your order for free at our store or have it shipped via SF Express. Shipping costs are approximately HKD $30 for 0 – 1KG and HKD $42 for 2KG (for reference only; You may refer to SF Express for more details).

• • Enjoy free shipping for purchases of HKD $700 or more (Note: After discounts, the total amount must reach HKD $700 to qualify for automatic free shipping).

• • If the total amount after discounts is below HKD $700, shipping will be cash on delivery.

• • When shipping to SF Stores, SF lockers, 7-eleven stores or Circle K Stores, please include the store / locker / centre code or address in the shipping address when placing your order.

  • If items are in stock, they will be shipped within three working days after the order is completed.

• • For orders containing pre-ordered items, we will wait until all items are available before shipping them together. Customers can also choose to place separate orders.

• • If customers request to ship part of the in-stock items first, additional shipping fees will apply.

• • Reasons for failed deliveries may include incorrect addresses, recipients not being present, or items left unclaimed. When we receive undeliverable packages, we will notify customers via email/phone and arrange for redelivery.
