Return and Exchange Policy

    • If any item purchased on www.callmecutie.com has a non-human damage or quality issue within 7 days from the date of receipt/pickup, it can be exchanged.
    • Please contact us within 7 days and provide the relevant order number to process the exchange (ensure that the product and its packaging are intact).
    • Exchanges are limited to one time only; no refunds are provided.
    • Some products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty; please retain the product packaging and warranty certificate for maintenance. If you cannot present the warranty certificate, the agent will not provide warranty services.
    • Once it is verified that the purchased item meets the return and exchange criteria, a representative will contact you to arrange the relevant processes.
    • All fashion items (clothing, accessories, handbags, hats, etc.) or intimate wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • If a customer finds that an item does not meet personal preferences after use (e.g., color change) or that the quality is not satisfactory, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
    • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Customers are encouraged to consider carefully before purchasing.
    • Before placing an order online, customers must ensure that the recipient’s name, phone number, and address are correct. Any costs incurred due to incorrect information leading to delays in pickup or third-party theft will be the customer’s responsibility.
    • If the product packaging box is scratched or dented during the logistics process, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for packaging issues; your understanding is appreciated.
    • Minor factory defects that do not affect the use of the product are not eligible for return or exchange

Notes

If goods are not processed for return or exchange according to the instructions provided by customer service, the company reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

The complete return content must include the following (none can be missing):

    1. The complete packaging of the brand new item with tags still attached (must be folded back into the packaging bag).
    2. Original packaging bag.
    3. Accessories (if any).
    4. Return or exchange form (the order confirmation email with the purchase details).

If any items are missing from the order, please immediately take a photo of the complete logistics packaging and all received products, and send the photo to us via WhatsApp.

The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Returns for items that exceed 7 days and are not part of this return order request.
  2. Non-brand new items: clothing that shows signs of wear, has been washed, or has makeup stains or any other human damage. If returned items show obvious stains or odors, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange and retain the final decision.
  3. Incomplete packaging (please refer to the notes above).
  4. Items that have been processed, such as embroidery, cutting, printing, etc., that change the original state of the product.
  5. Due to differences in computer screen settings and resolutions, there may be slight color variations. This is normal, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted for minor color differences (actual colors should refer to the product images on the official website; we reserve the final decision on any significant color difference).
  6. Returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons will not be accepted, such as the material being different from what was expected or not looking good when worn.
  7. Since clothing is mainly handmade, there may be minor issues such as small stains, loose threads, or slight color differences, which may be normal. We reserve the final decision on whether there is a significant quality issue.
  8. All products will undergo quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse, and photographs will be taken as necessary. We do not accept returns or exchanges for damages or issues caused by human error; we reserve the final decision on whether the damage was caused by improper use.

Call Me Cutie reserves the right to revise all terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, the decision of Call Me Cutie shall be final.
